By accessing or purchasing from iziaudio.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses the site.
You agree to use this site lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, access systems without authorization, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
IZI Audio sells digital audio products (sample packs, drum kits, loops, and related content). All products are delivered digitally. Upon purchase, you will receive a download link via email.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy.
All IZI Audio products are licensed as royalty-free. When you purchase or download a product, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the sounds in your original music productions, including:
No attribution to IZI Audio is required. The free tier carries the same license as the paid Full version — there is no commercial use restriction tied to price.
What is not permitted: Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the raw sample files themselves — whether free or paid — in their original or minimally altered form. The license covers use within original musical works, not repackaging of the files as a product.
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.
1-on-1 sessions are booked and paid through the store. Sessions are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy described on the Book a Session page and in the FAQ. Rescheduling is available at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
All content on this site — including branding, copy, graphics, and product audio — is the property of IZI Audio and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without written permission, except as expressly permitted by the license described in Section 3.
Products and services on this site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that digital products will meet your specific creative needs or produce any particular outcome. Sample packs are tools — the results depend on how you use them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IZI Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
