We want you to find the right sounds. If your purchase wasn't the right fit, we'll give you full store credit toward anything in the store — no expiry, no questions asked.
If your download arrives corrupted, incomplete, or fails to deliver entirely — contact us and we'll issue a full cash refund, no questions asked.
For any other reason — the pack wasn't what you expected, you bought the wrong product, or it just wasn't the right fit — we'll issue full store credit with no expiry. Use it on anything in the store.
Digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense — once downloaded, the content has been accessed. This is standard practice for digital audio products across the industry. Our store credit policy ensures you're never left without options, even if a product wasn't what you were looking for.
1-on-1 sessions can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours notice via Calendly. No-shows and last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable. If something unexpected comes up, reach out — we'll work something out.
